Stop buying tools. Build the system that scales.

Build the operating system. Scale without the stress.

Then let AI run the stuff you don't want to do. Every AI shop will sell you infrastructure. But infrastructure only compounds when it's built on the right system. We've spent 25 years building the systems companies actually run on, so we align the team, optimize for scale, then let AI run it. We do it for owner-led companies, and we do it for enterprise operations sitting on decades of system data.

The real problem

You think you need a tool or another hire. You need the system underneath built for scale.

Most owners reach for the obvious fix. But the obvious fix sits on top of a process that was never built to scale, so it speeds up the mess instead of clearing it.

What you think it is
  • "We just need to hire someone to handle this."
  • "We need the right tool — there's an app for this."
  • "My team just isn't moving fast enough."
  • "Once this busy season ends, we'll catch up."
What it actually is
  • The work runs through you because the process was never written down.
  • Your systems don't talk, so people re-key the same thing into three places.
  • The team is fast — they're waiting on approvals and handoffs that have no owner.
  • It's not the season. It's the operating system, and next season looks identical.
Sound familiar?

Here's what being the bottleneck actually looks like.

It's 6:40pm. Three people are still waiting on your sign-off to move. The report you need for tomorrow is a spreadsheet someone's still building. A lead that came in Friday is going cold because nobody answered it over the weekend. And the thing you actually wanted to work on today? You never got to it.

You don't have a people problem or a hustle problem. You have a system that routes everything through one person — and that person is you.

Why us

The technology is fifteen percent. The other eighty-five is knowing what to fix.

Anyone can stand up an automation now — the models are cheap and the tools are everywhere. The hard part is knowing which problem to point AI at, in what order, and how to make it stick past the pilot. That is the part nobody sells you, and it is the part that decides whether automation pays off or quietly dies.

15%

The technology. Models, tools, infrastructure. The easy part now.

85%

The judgment. Mapping the process, finding the root cause, deciding what not to automate, and making sure your team actually adopts it. Twenty-five years of it.

How we work

We optimize the system first. Then we automate it.

Unlike consultants who hand you a deck and disappear, we stay until the system is live, integrated, and producing a return. You own everything we build.

01

Diagnose — find the real bottleneck

We map where your time and money actually go and name the root cause before anyone builds anything, including when it's a people or accountability problem no tool can fix.

02

Design — optimize the process

We redesign the workflow so it works without you in the middle. The system comes before the software.

03

Deploy — automate the boring part

We build and connect the automation on production-grade infrastructure, highest-leverage work first.

04

Optimize — tune it on real data

We measure the lift, tune it as you grow, and hand you the keys. You're never dependent on us.

What changes

The Monday after it's working.

Not "more efficiency." The specific moments you get back — drawn from real builds we've shipped.

Before

The founder personally answered every inbox message — 460+ open conversations, all routed through one person.

After

A junior hire now runs the inbox with AI drafting replies in the founder's exact voice. The founder is out of the critical path for the first time.

Inbox runs without the owner
Before

Editing AI output took as long as writing it from scratch — and still read like AI.

After

The system writes in the owner's voice in one pass. She barely edits it, and the AI slop is gone.

One pass, on-brand
Before

Turning a recorded podcast into captions, timecodes, and hashtags for every platform took a full day.

After

Record the episode and it's done in seconds — YouTube, Spotify, and socials, generated automatically.

A full day → seconds
Before

A company's outreach and newsletter ate hours, and still drifted off-brand.

After

Posts and emails generate at scale in the company's own voice, straight from its knowledge base.

Real engagements. Real shifts.

We don't install systems we haven't run in our own house first. Every framework, every AI workflow, every meeting rhythm we sell runs inside Tribal Interactive before it runs inside your business. Here's what that looks like at enterprise scale, inside a creator business, and in the voice-trained systems we put in for clients.

Case study · Enterprise · Global fleet operator · 84,000+ maintenance records
The Pattern

A global fleet operator ran its planned maintenance through TM Master, with decades of job history spread across 84,000+ records, legacy code books, and free-text notes nobody could read at scale. The failure history the fleet needed was in there. Nobody could get it out.

The Shift

From one raw export, no integration and no new data, we built a queryable working database, decoded the legacy job codes, recovered roughly 4,500 unlabelled failure and overhaul events from the typed notes, and ranked components by risk across the fleet, including one bearing running at seven times its characteristic life.

The Result

The working session won a fixed-fee engagement to prove the savings in dollars, now underway, ending in a written go or no-go with a confidence number. Their system of record stays exactly where it is. This is the enterprise motion: show what the data already says, then prove the return before anyone funds a build.

Case study · Creator · $600K/yr · 4-person team
The Pattern

The founder personally handled every inbox message — qualifying leads, quoting prices, following up, coordinating delivery. With 460+ conversations and a seven-figure target, he was the bottleneck. His wife was due in weeks, and a new hire was starting with zero context on his pricing, voice, or sales process.

The Shift

We built an AI copilot Chrome extension that drafts responses in his exact voice, trained on 3,600+ real messages, with a self-improving feedback loop that learns from every correction he makes — even from his phone. A dual-model strategy cut AI costs 90%. A live dashboard tracks copilot accuracy, sales KPIs, and the monthly revenue goal.

The Result

The junior hire now runs the inbox with AI-drafted responses, a documented playbook, and a system that gets smarter every day. The founder stepped out of the critical path — the inbox runs without him for the first time in the business.

Creator · coaching & online courses

Her voice, in one pass — no AI slop

For a coach who runs group programs, one-on-ones, and online courses, we built a system that turns her ideas into her own voice in a single pass — she barely edits the output. Record a podcast and what used to take a full day is done in seconds: captions, timecodes, hashtags, and everything else for YouTube and Spotify, generated automatically and on-brand. The same approach trains AI to write almost exactly like the owner would, following every brand rule and eliminating AI slop.

Workflow automation & enterprise SaaS

A whole company's voice, at scale

For a workflow-automation company, we automated their LinkedIn outreach and newsletter — pulling from their knowledge base, pitch materials, and solutions to generate posts and emails at scale. We mined meeting transcripts and emails to build a distinct company voice: how they wanted to sound, aligned to their values, what to avoid, and exact rules for tone and formatting. The newsletters reached executives in their industry with very high open rates and very low unsubscribe and bounce rates. We also cleaned and filtered their entire contact list through a mix of Python and LLMs.

Who this is for

Built for owners and operations leaders ready to invest in a return, not a science project.

You're a fit if
  • You're doing $30K–$500K/month and the growth runs through you
  • Or you run a mid-market or enterprise operation sitting on years of system data nobody fully trusts yet
  • Your team loses real hours every week to work a system could handle
  • You're losing revenue to slow follow-up or dropped handoffs
  • You'd rather own the system than rent a platform
What it takes
  • The Quick Win Audit — a flat $5,000 diagnostic (the audit and the diagnostic are the same thing) that finds exactly what to automate and what it saves
  • We identify 3 core workflows that will save you at least $25K — or the audit is free
  • If you go ahead and build, that same $5,000 credits toward the build, so it's not an extra cost (or take the plan and run it yourself)
  • For mid-market and enterprise operations: a working session on your data, then a fixed-fee proof phase, gated so you can stop at any point
  • Willingness to optimize the system, not just bolt on a tool

Not sure you're a fit? If your team loses 20+ hours a week to work a system could handle, or you're bleeding revenue to slow follow-up, you probably are. Book a call and we'll tell you honestly — including if you're not ready yet. Running a larger operation? The Enterprise page shows exactly how we start there.

Engagements

Four ways in. Owner-led companies start with the Quick Win Audit.

FAQ

Common questions.

We find the real bottleneck capping your growth, optimize the process underneath it, then automate the repetitive work with AI — and stay until it produces a measurable return. We've been building and scaling companies for 25 years, and we run this exact operating system inside our own business before we install it in yours.

Most agencies can wire up a tool. But the technology is only about fifteen percent of the work — the rest is knowing what to automate, what to leave alone, and how to make it stick. We optimize for scale before we automate, because infrastructure only compounds when it's built on the right system. Twenty-five years of building and scaling companies is how we know where to look.

Because automation compounds whatever it's built on. Build it on the right system and you get leverage; build it on the wrong one and you just scale the chaos. We've built plenty of tech that nobody ended up using — usually because we automated around the system instead of getting it right. So now we optimize the system first. That's the whole difference.

We design engagements to return 3–10× what you invest, and we quantify the expected ROI during the Quick Win Audit (the $5,000 diagnostic) — before you commit to a build. We identify 3 core workflows that will save at least $25K, or the audit is free. If the numbers aren't there, we'll tell you.

The diagnostic runs in about two weeks, then into a rapid build — usually weeks, not quarters. We sequence the highest-leverage work first so you see a return early instead of waiting for everything to finish.

Yes. You own the code, the infrastructure, and the integrations. No vendor lock-in, no platform fees, and no hostage data. You're never dependent on us to keep it running.

Then automation is not the first move, and we will say so. We install the operating foundation first: vision, accountability, a scorecard, a meeting rhythm, and leadership coaching. That is our Foundations practice, built on IEOS, our Inner Edge Operating System. Automation comes next, and it sticks because the team is aligned.

Everything starts with the Quick Win Audit — a flat $5,000 diagnostic (all prices in USD; GST applies for Canadian clients). Important: the audit and the diagnostic are the same thing, not two separate $5,000 charges. That $5,000 is your only upfront cost to start. The audit finds exactly what to automate and what it will save, and we guarantee at least $25,000 in identified savings or the audit is free. If you decide to build, that same $5,000 is credited toward the build — you are never charged $5,000 twice. A typical build (our Growth engagement) is $5,000–$25,000 in total to set up (with your $5,000 audit fee credited toward it), plus $1,000–$5,000 per month to run, tune, and scale it. Company-wide Transformation work is custom-priced. Mid-market and enterprise engagements run as fixed-fee, gated phases, priced to the problem, with each build phase quoted firm from what the proof phase finds.

Yes, and it is a growing core of our work. We recently took a global fleet operator's raw maintenance export, 84,000+ job records from TM Master, and turned it into a queryable working database, a recovered failure history, and a fleet-wide risk ranking, with no integration and no new data collected. That working session won a fixed-fee engagement to prove the savings in dollars. Enterprise engagements are phased and gated: a working session on your data, then a fixed-fee proof phase ending in a written go or no-go with a confidence number, then a build priced firm from the evidence. The Enterprise page has the full model.

The systems your operation already runs on. Maintenance and asset systems like TM Master and other CMMS and EAM platforms, ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, legacy databases, and the free-text notes and documents around them. We do not replace your system of record. We build the working layer beside it: normalized, queryable, and reproducible, so your team and AI can finally use the history you have been paying to collect.
