Pricing, process, hours, policies, and what happens after the build. If your question is not here, email hello@tribalinteractive.com and a human replies within one business day.
Book a free 15-minute discovery call at tribalinteractive.com/start, or email hello@tribalinteractive.com. If it is a fit, we book a 30-minute diagnostic call to go deeper on the bottleneck, then the Quick Win Audit. Mid-market and enterprise operations start differently: a working session on an export from your system of record, then a fixed-fee proof phase. Nothing is sold on the site itself.
Yes. The 15-minute discovery call is free and is where every engagement starts. If we agree there is something worth looking at, the next step is a 30-minute diagnostic call, also free, where we go deeper on the bottleneck before the audit. The Quick Win Audit is the paid $5,000 USD diagnostic that follows.
For consulting, $5,000 USD, the Quick Win Audit. That is the floor and the only way in for owner-led companies. It finds three workflows worth automating with the ROI quantified, and it credits in full toward a build. Enterprise phases are fixed fee and priced to the problem after the working session. Tribal Chat, our AI chat product, is separate: $50 a month, with done-for-you setup from $1,500.
USD. GST is added for Canadian clients. No tax is added for clients outside Canada. There are no other fees; travel for on-site work, if any, is agreed in advance and billed at cost.
Not for the audit: it is a fixed, published $5,000 USD. Build pricing is quoted from what the audit finds, inside the published range of $5,000 to $25,000 plus $1,000 to $5,000 a month. Enterprise phases are quoted after the working session, fixed fee per phase. You always see the number before you commit.
We price against the savings the audit quantified, not against hours. What moves the number: how many workflows are in scope, how many systems have to talk to each other, the condition of your data, and whether Foundations work (operating rhythm, scorecard, leadership coaching) is part of it.
We invoice from QuickBooks. Pay by bank transfer, by Wise for international transfers, or by credit card through Stripe.
The Quick Win Audit is a single fixed fee. The Growth engagement is a one-time build fee plus a monthly fee, billed monthly on a month-to-month basis. We do not offer financing.
No. The two price mechanics are the audit guarantee (at least $25,000 in identified savings or the audit is free) and the $5,000 audit fee crediting toward a build within 90 days.
One: Tribal Chat, our white-labeled AI chat for websites, at $50 a month (founding rate, locked for 12 months). Take it on its own or have us install it for a one-time $1,500, or $2,500 with the full website, competitive, and AEO analysis. Other platforms (CRM, pipelines, booking, messaging) are provided white-labeled inside an engagement where they fit. We do not do staff augmentation or hourly development, and we never replace your system of record.
Yes. Tribal Chat is the assistant running on this site: it answers from your own knowledge base, captures leads, connects your Meta channels, and lets your team step into live chats. $50 a month for the software, $1,500 one time for us to install and tune it, or $2,500 to also get the AEO, competitive, and website gap analysis with a plan. Details on the Tribal Chat page.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Pacific Time (Vancouver). We are closed on BC statutory holidays. The /start form and the site chat accept requests at any hour, and a human replies within one business day.
We are headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and work remote-first with clients across Canada and the United States. Clients elsewhere are welcome by conversation. Discovery calls, audits, and builds run over video and shared workspaces.
By arrangement. Most work is remote. On-site makes sense for enterprise working sessions and leadership workshops, and travel is agreed in advance and billed at cost.
A discovery call is usually available within a week. Audits typically start within one to two weeks of signing, and builds start as soon as the audit roadmap is approved. We run a small number of engagements at a time; if we are at capacity we say so on the call and give you a start date rather than a waitlist.
No. This is diagnostic and build work, not break-fix. Live systems we run under a Growth agreement are monitored around the clock with alerting, and we respond to incidents within 24 hours.
Email hello@tribalinteractive.com with "Urgent" in the subject line. It is read the same business day, and incidents on systems we run get a response within 24 hours.
You get a calendar to book the free 15-minute discovery call right away, and a human reads your submission and replies within one business day. Booking a call sends a confirmation email with a reminder and a reschedule or cancel link. If we go ahead, the engagement is confirmed in writing with an agreement and a QuickBooks invoice.
Nothing formal. Come with the one process that eats the most time, roughly how many hours a week it costs and who does it, the tools it runs through (CRM, phone, scheduling, billing), and your monthly revenue range. Enterprise teams: the name of your system of record and whether an export is feasible.
Weekly written updates at the start of an engagement, moving to bi-weekly and then monthly as the system stabilizes. Every client gets an automated monthly report, and a written report on request. Growth clients also get the scorecard and meeting rhythm we install as part of the work.
We sign a mutual NDA on request. Client data is never used to train models for anyone else and never appears in another client's engagement. For enterprise work we operate under read-only access, least privilege, and your infrastructure where required. For consulting engagements we will not work with two head-on competitors in the same market at the same time. The software and automation patterns we build are reusable and are not exclusive to one client.
No vendor certifications to list. Our credentials are 25+ years of shipping production systems, including carrier-grade platforms for national telecom operators and next-generation systems at Electronic Arts and THQ Canada. The About page has the story.
Yes. Every build includes launch monitoring and alerting, hands-on training for your team, and post-launch optimization. The Growth engagement continues that at $1,000 to $5,000 a month, with a 24-hour incident response and an automated monthly report. You own the system either way, so you are never dependent on us.
You keep everything. The code, the infrastructure, and the integrations are yours from day one. The Growth monthly fee is month to month with 30 days written notice, and nothing we built stops working when it ends.
Yes. Foundations (leadership alignment, operating rhythm, scorecard, coaching) stands on its own. Most clients pair it with an automation engagement, but nothing obligates you to the full arc. See the Foundations page.
Quick Win Audit: cancel any time before kickoff for a full refund. After kickoff the guarantee applies. Growth: the monthly fee is month to month; cancel with 30 days written notice. Enterprise: every phase is fixed fee and you can stop at any gate; you pay only for completed phases.
No refunds on completed work. Milestones that have not started are never billed. The audit guarantee is the exception: if we do not find at least $25,000 in identified savings, the audit is free.
Quick Win Audit: at least $25,000 in identified annual savings or the audit is free. Enterprise: a written go or no-go with a confidence number, for a fixed fee, whichever way it lands.
The credit toward a build is valid for 90 days after we deliver the audit roadmap. After that the roadmap is still yours to run with; the credit is not.
We give at least 24 hours notice to move a call. If a delivery date changes, you get written notice with the new date.
Tell us. If the audit numbers are not there we say so and the audit is free. During a build, unstarted work is never billed, and you own everything delivered to date. Email hello@tribalinteractive.com; it goes straight to the founder.
With a working session on a raw export from your system of record (TM Master, an ERP, a CMMS). You see real findings before committing to anything. Then a fixed-fee proof phase sizes the return in dollars and ends in a written go or no-go with a confidence number. Each phase is priced firm after the one before it, and you can stop at any gate. The Enterprise page has the full model.
Remote by default, with on-site working sessions by arrangement. We work inside your security review: read-only access, least privilege, and your infrastructure where required. Delivery clocks start when access is confirmed.
Tell us where the work runs through you. We'll find the bottleneck, quantify the ROI, and tell you honestly whether automation will pay off.
