Use of this site. This website and its tools, including the savings calculator, are provided for general information. You agree to use them lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse the service.
Estimates, not guarantees. The savings calculator produces an estimate of opportunity based on the inputs you provide. It is not a guarantee of results, savings, or return. Your actual outcome depends on factors specific to your business.
Intellectual property. The content, design, and brand on this site belong to Tribal Interactive unless stated otherwise.
Liability. The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or its estimates.

The commercial terms below apply to every engagement unless the signed agreement says otherwise. They are written so nobody is surprised.
Currency and taxes. All prices are in US dollars. GST is added for Canadian clients. No tax is added for clients outside Canada.
Payment. Invoices are issued from QuickBooks. Pay by bank transfer, by Wise for international transfers, or by credit card through Stripe. The Quick Win Audit is a single fixed fee. Growth engagements are a one-time build fee plus a monthly fee, billed monthly, month to month. Enterprise phases are fixed fee, invoiced per phase.
Guarantee. The Quick Win Audit identifies at least $25,000 in annual savings or the audit is free.
Audit credit. The $5,000 audit fee is credited in full toward a build that starts within 90 days of the roadmap being delivered.
Cancellation. Audit: cancel before kickoff for a full refund; after kickoff the guarantee applies. Growth: month to month, cancel with 30 days written notice. Enterprise: stop at any gate; only completed phases are billed.
Refunds. No refunds on completed work. Milestones that have not started are not billed.
Rescheduling. We give at least 24 hours notice to move a call. If a delivery date changes you receive written notice with the new date.
Confidentiality. We sign a mutual NDA on request. Client data is never used to train models for anyone else and never appears in another client's engagement. For consulting engagements we do not work with two head-on competitors in the same market at the same time. Software and automation patterns we build are reusable and are not exclusive to one client.
Travel. On-site work is by arrangement. Travel is agreed in advance and billed at cost.
Tribal Chat. The software fee is $50 USD a month, a founding rate locked for 12 months from your start date, billed monthly, month to month; cancel with 30 days written notice. Setup fees ($1,500 Install, $2,500 Install + Growth Plan) are one time, refundable in full before kickoff, and non-refundable once work has started. Support is provided by Tribal by email.
Ownership. You own the code, infrastructure, and integrations we build for you, from the day they are delivered.
